Our story
Great businesses deserve to look great online
Knect started with fishing brands on the Texas Gulf Coast: small companies with great products and loyal customers, and websites, Google listings and social pages that didn’t show any of it.
Most small business owners don’t have time to learn Google Business Profile, fix a broken menu, edit a video, write product descriptions, set up an online store and post to four platforms every week. So the work doesn’t get done, and customers end up buying from a retailer or a competitor who simply shows up first.
We do that work for you. We start by looking at your business the way a customer does, show you what we found in plain English, and quote the work in writing. Then we fix it, build what’s missing and connect everything: your website to Google, Google to your reviews, Facebook to Instagram, your store to your email. After that, we can keep it all fresh every month so it keeps paying off.
