Free 13-point checkup

See your business the way your customers do

We go through your website, your Google listing, your reviews, your social pages and your top competitors, then hand you a clear, plain-English report with a score out of 10 and a plan.

Nothing on your site or accounts is touched. It’s a look from the outside, exactly how a customer sees you.

What’s in your report

Nine sections. No jargon. Yours to keep.

The same report we write before every project, built around your business and your market.

1 · The short version

One page you can read in two minutes: what’s already working, what’s costing you customers, and the handful of things that matter most.

2 · Your business as the world sees it

What public records, directories, news and, if you sell through stores, retailers say about you, a timeline of your milestones, and the story worth telling that isn’t on your website yet. Plus every address and phone number we find, so customers and Google see one set.

3 · Your products, services and prices

Your line-up and prices next to what retailers and competitors charge, where shoppers can buy you cheaper than on your own site, what sells out, and offers like bundles or free shipping that give people a reason to buy direct.

4 · What your customers say

Every review we can find on Google, Facebook, retailers, forums and YouTube, what customers praise and what they complain about, and whether any of it shows up where people actually buy.

5 · How you compare

Followers and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, side by side with up to 10 competitors, plus what the leaders do that you don’t yet: reviews on every product, store finders, guides, steady video.

6 · Your website, scored

Every page a customer can reach: “page not found” errors, unfinished About and Contact pages, blank policies, one-line product pages, duplicate or misspelled links, placeholder text, no Where to Buy page, and an email signup with no reason to join.

7 · Search and Google

Whether your own name brings up your website or a retailer’s, how your page titles and descriptions read in Google, whether business markup (schema) is in place, and whether your Google Business Profile is claimed and complete.

8 · The plan

A fix-up phase, usually about two weeks, to repair the foundation, then month-to-month help to keep it working. Options are listed separately so you choose. Ask for pricing; your quote comes in writing.

9 · Questions, and what we couldn’t confirm

We’d rather tell you what we don’t know than guess. Anything we couldn’t see from the outside is listed, with the questions we’ll go over together.

The 13 points

Scored out of 10, point by point

Each of the 13 points gets a pass, a partial or a fix, and we turn the total into one score out of 10. You see at a glance where you stand, and most of the fixes are quick.

  • Every page loads, with no broken links or “page not found”
  • Spelling, prices, hours and details are correct and current
  • Looks right and works on a phone

A real Texas brand, before any work

2.6 / 10

Loyal customers, national retailers and the most engaged Instagram audience of 11 brands in its category, but a website that gave none of that away. Name kept private.

Read what we found

Plain English

Every finding says what a customer sees, why it costs you business, and what we’d do about it. No acronyms without an explanation, and no pressure.

How you stack up

You, side by side with your competitors

We compare you with the brands winning the customers you want, so you can see exactly where the open lane is. Here’s the layout of that page in your report.

Where the facts come from

Your website, Google, retailer listings, public social media statistics, state business records, trademark records, forums and YouTube reviews.

Nothing gets touched

We don’t need any logins for the checkup. Everything is checked from the outside, the way a customer or Google sees it.

Then we talk it through

A short call to go over the report, answer questions and hear what matters to you before any plan is final.

After the checkup

Fix the foundation, then keep it working

Phase 1

The fix-up

Usually about two weeks once we have logins, photos and product details.

  • Missing pages, menus, broken links and policies
  • Real descriptions on every product or service
  • Page titles, descriptions and business markup
  • Google Business Profile claimed and filled in
  • One name, address and phone everywhere
  • Email signup offer and welcome emails
  • Where to buy, reviews on product pages, social links

Phase 2

Month to month

Keeps everything from the fix-up paying off.

  • Site updates and fixes, fast
  • Email campaigns to your list
  • Google posts, every review answered
  • Review requests running automatically
  • Social posts and short videos
  • A one-page report each month

Options

Add what you want

Listed separately so you decide.

  • Short videos for Reels, TikTok and Shorts
  • A YouTube channel launch
  • Guides and blog posts written for search
  • A team or pro staff page
  • A new website or online store
  • Facebook, Instagram and Google ads

You approve every word before it goes live. Every account stays in your name. Ask for pricing: competitive, and quoted in writing.

Before we talk

A few things we’ll ask you

No homework required. These just help us point the checkup at what matters most to you.

  1. Who runs your website and social accounts today, and how much of your time does it take?
  2. How much of your business comes through your website versus your store, retailers or word of mouth?
  3. Is your Google Business Profile claimed, and who has the logins for your website and social pages?
  4. Which phone number and address should customers see?
  5. Do you have photos or video of your products, your work or your shop?
  6. What do your customers say about you, good and bad?
